Daily Stretches!

Daily stretch reminder!!!!! It is so important to #stretch. from the moment you wake up your #body naturally wants to stretch!! So if you're a #sidesleeper start with a full body stretch before you even get out of bed, rotate your neck side to side reaching further each time. Now for your #chest, when we sleep on our sides we shorten the peck (chest) muscles and overstretch the rhomboids (located between your shoulder blades). So make sure you stretch those peck muscles! Find a door frame, make a football goal and lean forward one arm or both arms. #Stomachsleepers stretch out those #hamstrings #lowerback and #glutes to alleviate #lowerbackpain! Throw in some #abworkouts in there to #strengthen your #core. When you strengthen your core you gain more #support for your lower back. The stronger your abs are, the less lower back pain you'll have! This does NOT mean that you need a six pack to have strength! Take care of yourself, love yourself #love your body.
